Return/refund & cancellation policy
1. Return Policy
Though we strive to give you a great customer experience each time you shop with us, but since the products cannot be used by other customers, upon return due to hygiene factors, we don’t accept return of the products once order is delivered.
However, In case of quality issue with the product like leakage, broken seal or receipt of damaged/different products, we can initiate an exchange order. Exchange of products will be accepted within 15 days from delivery, only if the products are returned in sealed condition with the tags /labels intact and in their original packaging, in an undamaged condition and subject to following terms:
· Exchange / replacement for goods/ merchandise are subject to inspection and checking by The Body Shop Srilanka
· Any damages to the product due to neglect, improper usage or wrong application will not be covered; under our Exchange / Returns Policy.
· Cash on Delivery (COD) convenience charge and the shipping charge would not be included in the refund value of your order as these are non-refundable charges.
· Once your exchange/replacement request has been accepted, the exchange / refund process will be completed within 15 business days, subject to picking & product inspection. Quest Holdings Lanka Private Limited reserves the right to refuse exchange, should it be found that the product has been used.
· The final price of exchanged products should be equal to or more than the price of such exchanged items.
· In case you choose an item of higher value, you can pay the differential amount by way of Net Banking, Credit card / Debit card or other payment options that the Company may provide.
· We try our best to arrange the reverse pick-up from your address provided. However, in rare case you might have to courier the product to our address at:

· In case of self-ship or courier, scanned copy of courier slip needs to be emailed to us within 7 business days of opening the exchange / return request.
· If a User has purchased Products which form a part of a package of other Products, or if the Product forms a part of a promotional package (collectively, the “Bundled Package”), the User shall be required to return all the Products that form a part of the Bundled Package to Grains N Green Limited to process exchange.

· Place your item in its original packaging, with tags intact
· Please mention your Name, Order Number, and Mobile Number, on the top of the box, and insert the original invoice
· Keep the product and the package ready for reverse pickup by Grains N Green Limited within the timeline communicated by us
You may direct any grievances relating to the Cancellation, Return and Refund Policy to the grievance officer of Quest Holdings Lanka Private Limited who can be contacted at customercare@thebodyshop.lk.
2. Refunds.
Q1. How long will it take to get a refund?
Depending on your card issuer, it usually takes 3-5 working days for a refund to appear in your bank account once your returned goods have been received by us. However, in some cases it can take up to 14 days.
