Ordering
How will you confirm my order?
When your order is received, we will send you a confirmation email. Then, when your order is dispatched, we will send you a dispatch confirmation.
This will include the following information:
- Items purchased
- Payment information
- Delivery method
- Delivery information
- Tracking number (if applicable)
If you placed your order through your The Body Shop account, you can track your order through the orders section.
How do I Know that my order was completed successfully?
When you complete an order online, you will see a page showing your order confirmation. You will also receive a confirmation email within 24 hours.
If you placed the order through your The Body Shop account, you can track its status in the orders section.
Can I place an order without creating anaccount?
Yes - you can place an order as a guest without having to register an account. You can make this choice at checkout. We will still need to take a few details like your email and address so that we can process the order, but that's just so we know where to send your order!

How do I make changes to my order?
While placing your order, you can edit and make changes to it at any point.
Once you have confirmed your order and made payment, no further changes can be made.
If you have selected incorrect products or are no longer happy with the purchase you have made, you will need to contact our Customer Care team to cancel your order.
Please note, once an order has been placed, there is only a 20 minute window in which we are able to cancel it. Please make sure you check your order carefully before confirming.
If we are unable to cancel your order, it can be returned once it has been delivered.
How can I cancel myorder?
If for any reason you wish to cancel your order, please contact our Customer Care team using the chat icon.
Please note, once your order has been placed, there is only a 20 minute window in which we are able to cancel it.

Can I check if a store has a product in stock?

I have had an unexpected error when trying to complete my order, what should I do?
Oops! Sometimes things don't go to plan. If you experience a technical difficulty while trying to complete your order, try logging out of the website, then close and restart your internet browser.
Do you have an app?
Unfortunately, we don't currently have an app.

Why haven't I received an email to confirm my order?
If you haven't received an email to confirm your order, don't panic! It can take up to 1 working day to receive your confirmation email. In the meantime you can view your order after 7pm by logging into My Orders section and looking under Order section.
Have I been charged for my order more than once?
If you have tried to place the same order more than once, you may have placed multiple orders. Please check whether you have received more than one order confirmation email (this may take up to 1 working day to arrive). Alternatively, if you have an account, you can check the status of your order(s) by visiting Latest Orders which you can find under My Orders section after you have logged in.
You will only be charged once for your order. However, there may be occasions when the hold that ensures funds in your account are available for us to take payment has been issued more
than once. In these cases, any hold on your account will be released as soon as
we take payment for your order.
Do your prices include VAT?
If you have tried to place the same order more than once, you may have placed multiple orders. Why isn't my delivery address recognised when I enter it at checkout?
If you enter your address and it is not recognised, you can override this by manually entering your delivery address.
What should I include when contacting about a missing item?

Please include any pictures you have of the box(es) the order was delivered to you in. This will support us with responding as quickly as possible

Can I change my Delivery Date?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing the tracking information from our partner. Delivery date cannot be changed or altered.
Can I get my order delivered to a store?
Collect in Store is currently unavailable.
We’re working hard to bring this back soon.

Where is my order?
You can find tracking information and order history in the My Orders section of our website. You will need to log in to your account to view these details.
When your order has been placed you will receive two email updates from The Body Shop:
Confirmation
Email - After your order has been placed, confirming your order.
This can take up to 24 hours.
Dispatch email
- Sent when your order has been packed and shipped, and is on its way to you. There is a tracking reference link which you can use to track the progress of your order.
How can I get an update onmy order?
If you are looking for an update on your order, you can find the tracking number in your dispatch email.
You can see how your order is progressing by going to the tracking link
Standard delivery takes 3 - 5 working days.

Appropriate age for using The Body Shop Products
The majority of products are suitable for use by people aged 8 and above. We recommend that anyone under 11 seek advice from an adult to avoid using products incorrectly.
Pregnancy Statement
If you have any concerns about using any The Body Shop product during pregnancy, we recommend consulting a medical professional.
All of our products pass strict safety tests and meet the legal requirements wherever we sell them. If any safety advice applies to any of our products, we clearly state this on
packaging.

All our products are manufactured with high quality ingredients and are assessed for safety and compliance according to strict international regulation. We keep track of new research and, if needed, adjust our formulas in response to new knowledge
Do your products have an expiration date?
Most of The Body Shop® products have a shelf life of three years, unopened.
To double check this for a specific product, check the label where it usually tells you the minimum number of months a product will remain safe for you to use once opened. Usually, you will see a jar with its lid open, together with a number (e.g. 12M).
Are your products vegetarian ?
Yes. All of our products are suitable for vegetarians!
Can I Recycle your packaging?
